Thanks for that information, however I am not sure if that is what I exactly was looking for. I am just trying to get the total dollar amounts for a certain year. The report below doesn't give it to me, it just gives me how much each person gave and the report is like 100 pages long. so if there is any way to do this I would appreciate the help. I did export the records for that year and then put them in an excel file and add up the total dollar amounts. But there should be a simpler way. Thanks in advance
