First, your search criteria on the expiration date MUST be identical to the criteria set up for the grace period. That is, if you have a 3 month grace period, you need to have your search criteria on expiration date cover that 3 month window. Thus, with a 3 month grace period, you'd need to find anyone who's expiration date is either any time after today (for current members - note your example appears to only cover people who expire between April and June, but not, for example, someone who expires this August) and anyone who's expiration date was between today and 3 months ago. Ebase uses both month and day, so you'd need to include the three date format to get an accurate result. Lastly, you need to make sure to enter dates in a format Filemaker will recognize, typically Month/Day/Year (4 digits). You can use a "." or "/" as the date separator.
Try again and please be a little more specific with exactly how you entered your criteria.
