I'm not sure your question ever got answered. If this is a duplicate, my apologies. There is an existing method in version 1 to enter cell phone numbers. From any screen in the names file such as Home, Data Entry, etc., click the Bio tab. At the bottom of this screen is an area where you can enter alternate contact information. You would enter the number in the first column, select cellphone from the popup list in the second column, and any notes about this number in the third. If you are using FileMaker (not the runtime application) you can copy these fields to the data entry screen if you find that more convenient. Log in with the master level password, select layout mode, copy these three fields and their labels and paste them where you like on the data entry screen. -- -- Dave Shaw H4 Consulting tel: 206-954-7526 fax: 206-625-1338 ------------------ Reminder to each recipient: To change your list account preferences, go to http://email.sparklist.com/scripts/lyris.pl?enter=support and enter the email address you used to subscribe to the ebase support list:: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- ebase - Relationship Management for Nonprofits, http://www.ebase.org ---------------------------------------------------------------------
