You don't say what other criteria you use in your mailing lable search aside from "heads or not in household", so I wonder if you are doing the search correctly. If you have multiple search criteria, for example, two find requests, one for current members, and one for grace period members, the radio button needs to be checked on BOTH the find requests. Here's the logic: All records must be: Current members AND [Heads or not in household] (And means both criteria need to be on the same find request) OR (new find request) Grace members AND [Heads or not in household] -- -- Dave Shaw H4 Consulting tel: 206-954-7526 fax: 206-625-1338 ------------------ Reminder to each recipient: To change your list account preferences, go to http://email.sparklist.com/scripts/lyris.pl?enter=support and enter the email address you used to subscribe to the ebase support list:: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- ebase - Relationship Management for Nonprofits, http://www.ebase.org ---------------------------------------------------------------------
