While I wasn't looking another staff member changed the names of the 12 Contact field labels to more closely agree with the Council's needs. I did not think much of this, since I knew these boxes were just text fields, until he industriously pointed out later that Query Screen 1/3 Contact fields still had the original labels and, worse, it was impossible to get Query 1/3 into layout mode to change them. So what to do? Aministrator Manual, Page-54 says that the "recommended" method of editing Contract Flags is to "play with the layout so that you only show the fields you want to see"--I think this means simply delete them from the Data Entry 1/2 layout (but not from the list of field definitions of ebase itself!). When the new text fields have been entered in Data Entry 1/2, is it still necessary to live with the old labels in Query Screen 1/3?
