The process is the same in 1.02 and 1.03. Version 1.00 didn't have an 
automated process, though. Is that what you are thinking of? The 
difference is visible on the Vot/Dem page. The later versions have a 
portal to enable you to see multiple voter records in names records 
with two names. The problem this year is that the UEF is new. The 
2002 version has some fields named differently and a few additional 
fields.

There should be an automated process in 1.02. You should get inside 
impenh_.102, change and add field definitions to match the new UEF 
field inventory if that's what you're getting. Then it should work.

In any case, the automated process doesn't include an embedded import 
list. You are given the import field mapping dialog to sort out any 
mismatches. It's just way easier ot get the field changed done ahead 
of time.
