Tom, I believe v. 1.00 also uses the script named something like "820 - Open All" to open all the files for certain tasks like setting files to multi-user, etc. Check that script out and if Deleted_ and Notes_ aren't in the list, add them. Then, modify the "800a" script in Names_ per Jack Noll's recommendation, whereby ebase checks whether the machine is the first user of ebase and, if so, runs the 820 - Open All script (if not, just open it normally). This 800a script is called automatically by the ebase.100 file when you open ebase, so now, the host machine will open all the ebase files and users will only open the files they need.
