The first thing to check is that the two files are in the same folder 
as the rest. FileMaker Server will "open", that is make available for 
sharing, any files in the same directory or one level down as the FMS 
application. If they are located correctly and still don't appear 
when you use the File>Open>Hosts procedure from one of the clients, 
get into the Server Administration interface (details depend on 
whether you're hosting from a Mac or Windows machine - see the user 
manual) and check that they are available.

It shouldn't take a script to open them. What files are available and 
visible (as opposed to open-hidden) is set using the administrator 
interface.
