In addition to what Dave says, it's entirely possible that the layout specs no longer fit the envelope because of differences in the new system and printer drivers. So even if you end up with the correct derivers, you may have problems. You can fix some of these types of problems by finding the layout and modifying it by slowly moving the address text box around on the layout. Measure the incorrect arrangement and then move the text box accordingly. Then go back and print an envelope. If it doesn't work, measure the new alignment and try again. It can be a bit iterative until you really understand how Filemaker works.

I have inspected the script, and found nothing to change.
I made sure I had the right printer driver, and investigated all the options there, to no avail.
I went into Layout in FileMaker and chose the envelope layout and then Page Setup and searched unsuccessfully for a way to cause the address to print on the envelope correctly, where it was before I did the upgrade.

Has anyone else had this problem and solved it?
