When entering our monthly pledge payments, suddenly the information is missing. When I click on the "Pledge" tab the current open pledge with the amount pledged and the balance remaining shows. However, when I click on the little square box to the left of the open pledge in order to enter a regular payment, the next screen is completely blank with no pledge amount brought forward. What's going on? How can I fix it?
