Exactly.  The reason it can't be done in m0n0wall is because you have
to have an IP on the LAN and WAN, for various reasons, and it's just
much easier to leave things that way.  Bruce Mah (@freebsd.org) wrote
the bridging code for m0n0wall and wasn't going to take the time that
would be required, because it ends up being potentially very messy no
matter how you do it.
