This is already fixed since 0.95.4 and later.

The UFS file system reserves about 10% of space to allow it to keep the
disk relatively defragmented. Thus the number of available disk blocks shown
is actually fewer than are on the disk physically. Only root can normally
write over that number, so it is possible to show > 100% usage.
There is a newfs parameter to adjust the spare space. On an embedded
platform it may make sense to drop this down since the files don't change
often...
