So, I've tried it with mixed results.
As I want to use it with a dual WAN + CARP configuration, I defined 1-4 ports
of the switch to "tagged ports" and from the rest configured 5 VLANs (5x4
ports).
The two pfSense boxes have 1-1 fxp (intel) cards fro lan and 1-1 xl (3Com)
which hosts the 5-5 VLANs for WAN1, WAN2,DMZ, carp sync etc.
The carp sync goes fine, but anyhow it goes trough the tagged ports only. I
can ping the two dmz addresses of the boxes, but it probably goes tru the
tagged ports only as well. But I can't ping any machine in any subnet,
which is connected on the switch VLAN ports.
What's wrong? How should it be tested? Any hints?

Best regards
Imre
