You need 3 interfaces for your setup (WAN,LAN,OPT1). OPT1 will be your 2nd LAN. After installing the 3rd nic assign it at interfaces>assign in the webgui (hit the [+] icon). After that it will show up as OPT1 in the interfaces menu. You now can configure it just like the LAN interface with a seperate subnet. Add firewallrules to allow traffic at this interface an modify your rule at LAN (depending what traffic you want to allow between the two subnets). You also can setup a seperate dhcp server for this interface at Services>dhcp server. You'll get a seperate tab for the new interface there.
