I have done a fresh RC2 install. After that I did install the last squid
version (0.4) and it's working as transparent proxy.

But when I set the traffic shapping rules I got all my http/https traffic on
the default queue.

I did look at the logs and I'm getting these two errors:

- "php: : SQUID is installed but not started. Not installing redirect rules"

- "Squid_Alarm[1384]: Squid has resumed. Reconfiguring filter."

Is someone getting this behavior with squid??

Thanks in advance for your help!!!

That should be fixed.

You need to uninsall and reinstall the package and it should work. If
not you will need to clear the previous squids configuration from
config.xml and remove /tmp/rules.debug.
