The fault , dear Brutus, is not in our firewall but in our ftp server.

When you enter Passive Mode your ftp server should respond with the
real ip address, not 192.168.255.2 that it is doing in the above
email.

Your Passive Mode setting should have your real ip address, not your
private ip address.
