Yes,
I did try the Dell diagnostics and it did not show any errors, only one warning 
that I had a "wrong" keyboard layout.

When booting pfSense, just above the line with the Fatal trap 19 on it, there 
is a line with:
"Ram parity error likely hardware failure.", but I did try the Dell diagnostics 
several times and Dell says the Ram is ok.

I'll try the snapshot Holger suggested now and report back.
