That might be enough. I don't expect hairy rules will be necessary.

The entire data center is connected via a 1 GBit and 100 MBit line
(load unknown), so I'm assuming 200-300 MBit/s is realistic for 
peak throughput. Perhaps it makes sense to just go for a 100 MBit/s
line.
