The rules don't appear neither in Client nor in Server. I don't know if if it's working, but I have passed the configuration to an old image (1.0.1) and I could see the rules created. So I think the rules are, but it is just they don't appear. So I set it all up again, and still, it didn't show up. So I searched around and found that forum topic. Sure enough I edited the /conf/config.xml in the WebGUI, took out the <config/> just below the <openvpnserver> which happened to be above my actual configuration and rebooted, and voila, it was all working again!! Check that out and see if helps you in this situation.
