I complained about this recently, it's something we need to fix in the
future but aren't making a priority right now. The date in the file name
is the version number from CVS, so it only gets updated when somebody
manually updates the version. The builds are done automatically every 2
hours. The date in the file name is essentially meaningless and is
confusing, hopefully I can convince Scott to change it post-1.2 release.
