Maybe it's not.  But, right now one person is on the phone and I'm seeing a 
steady 84.5Kb/s going through qVOIPDown.  qlanacks is running about 16Kb/s 
and qlandef is running about 800kb/s.  qwanacks is running at 22kb/s and 
qwandef is at about 115kb/s.  Perhaps the web interface isn't being truthful?

So, am I to understand that traffic shaping can only be used when pfsense is 
running as a firewall?  In this situation, how do you handle servers and 
networks w/ public IPs?  As I understand it, if I go with 1:1 NATing, I have 
to have everyone reconfigure their systems with a private addresses.  I was 
hoping to avoid that.  I'm certainly a newbie with this stuff, so perhaps 
there is a better way.
