Scott, Maybe it's not. But, right now one person is on the phone and I'm seeing a steady 84.5Kb/s going through qVOIPDown. qlanacks is running about 16Kb/s and qlandef is running about 800kb/s. qwanacks is running at 22kb/s and qwandef is at about 115kb/s. Perhaps the web interface isn't being truthful? So, am I to understand that traffic shaping can only be used when pfsense is running as a firewall? In this situation, how do you handle servers and networks w/ public IPs? As I understand it, if I go with 1:1 NATing, I have to have everyone reconfigure their systems with a private addresses. I was hoping to avoid that. I'm certainly a newbie with this stuff, so perhaps there is a better way.
