WRAP is obsolete. Try ALIX. A complete system is about 120 EUR, enclosure

pfSense typically needs 3 NICs to work well. (VIPs and VLANs, ok).

The next highest class is a C7 mini-ITX system. A Jetway board with a 3 GBit/s
NIC (plus one onboard 100 MBit/s NIC) daughtercard is about 160 EUR, 
including tax.
