 Just made a couple changes to limit server.max-request-size on the
captive portal interface to 384.   Considering that most folks will be
authenticating against the CP I doubt that the username/password
combination will result in over 384 or so characters.   Now the HTTP
upload resets the connection inside lighty and does not allow it to
complete.  Verified that the CP was still running after I tried to
upload a few files.

Please test a new snapshot in a few hours and let me know.
