One point more. I saw a posting in http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-pf/2005-May/001084.html. Daniel Hartmeier writes that it "can be perfectly fine, when you have a NIC that does checksum calculation in hardware". I've got an Intel e1000 with "Disable Hardware Checksum Offloading" set to on. Do I have to reboot the Firewall, if I change that setting? Is it advisible to change it? Regards, P.
