Coincidence. I wouldn't upgrade to 1.2.3 yet, that's not necessarily stable as it was just recently switched to FreeBSD 7.1. If it were a firewall problem, it would be pages not loading at all, or page loads not completing, things of that nature - network connectivity problems.
