I'm with Chris here. A simple test would be to watch latency while performing multiple concurrent downloads. Run a continuous ping to www.google.com and find a big file to download. Start with one download and increase to 4. Ping times should get pretty high - I'd estimate 300-500ms with 4 downloads running. But you still shouldn't be seeing any packet loss.
