Anders,

Hold off on that drive, please try to upgrade the firmware first. I seem to
recall getting that same error. Something in my old age has forced me to
start reading the documentation and my Alix board had .99 and not .99 <some
letter> firmware version. I tried forcing a new version of s/w on cf card
and got that error. After the firmware upgrade, the rest went smoothly.
