Generally, if things work they stay working, but may not work to begin
with. That may or may not be true with IPsec at the moment, as there
appear to be some issues in ipsec-tools 0.8/CVS.

Open a feature request at redmine.pfsense.org with a patch attached,
if it's going into the base system. If you want to add a package, you
can commit the files into a clone at rcs.pfsense.org and make a merge
request, or email the package to me and I'll get it committed.
