Did you stop to consider that you may really only be getting 600kbps and the 
graphs are correct? I'm "blessed" with 1.5mbit ADSL at home, but I rarely see 
over 1.2mbit. On the graphs in question, was there traffic that actually hit 
1mbit? Keep in mind the traffic graph data is sampled at regular intervals, not 
100% constant. So, while surfing the web, you may hit 1mbit while downloading a 
large flash video or something, but it may be completely downloaded by the time 
the next sample period hits and your graph will not show that you hit 1mbit. 
The best way to test this is to download a large file like a Linux ISO and let 
the download go for 10 minutes or so. THEN, check your graphs.
