There are a lot of options for PC lock down software, but I've never
seen any that you can control from anything but a Windows host, for
central control usually requiring a Windows server. Maybe others have
some ideas, I don't think you're going to find anything that can be
controlled from the firewall though, unless maybe there is one that
can pull its config via HTTP or HTTPS.
