Brian is right, except in windows 7 it's not Add/Remove programs, it's
"Programs and Features" now. Otherwise he is dead on :)

Not a Windows 7 user, but normally you simply open the control panel,
open add/remove programs, wait for the list to appear, scroll down to
Pidgin, click remove and that should do it.
