If you want to see it I'll send it to you, why not put mine in the boot of the
*.exe
The splash screen isn't really part of Pidgin itself, it is something
that the PortableApps folks have added to their package.
You'll have to ask the maintainers of that package for information
about how to tweak the spash screen.

To change the splash screen you need to generate your own jpg, replace
the current splash screen and recompile the launcher with NSIS. You can
get NSIS portable as well.
