If you want to see it I'll send it to you, why not put mine in the boot of the
*.exe
The splash screen isn't really part of Pidgin itself, it is something
that the PortableApps folks have added to their package.
You'll have to ask the maintainers of that package for information
about how to tweak the spash screen.

I should also add, you can disable the splash screen on any application
from PortableApps.com. The information on how to do so is stored in the
Other\Source\Readme.txt folder in the portable application's folder.
