(A workaround for this: Copy the plugin folder before updating and then paste it into the Pidgin folder after the update is done, do not overwrite files to avoid overwriting updated plugins) Regards, D.D. What's that? >> Pidgin/pixmaps/pidgin/guifications You are using PIdgin longer than I do, so this was probably how it worked before, but now, plugins are simply stored inside a folder named "Plugins". Probably that's the reason, why yours are overwritten/deleted ?! Install everything inside the plugin folder, then they shouldn't get deleted. Regards, D.D.
