Set the Protocol to Google Talk, enter your username (everything before the @), your domain (everything after the @, often gmail.com), and enter your password. Yes, it will change to XMPP automatically, that's normal. Note that if you use two-factor authentication (where Google asks for a 6 digit number from a random number generator) then you need to use an application-specific password, otherwise use your Google password. Don't touch any Advanced or Proxy settings. -- Dave Warren http://www.hireahit.com/ http://ca.linkedin.com/in/davejwarren _______________________________________________ [email protected] mailing list Want to unsubscribe?
