@Michael, Is the crash you are experiencing on one ore more computers?
There is a debug window from the help menu that may help. Also any information about the protocol you are using (XMPP, SIPE, etc) is beneficial. I'm not a developer, but I'd be happy to review the debug log. If it has confidential information, you may wish to email a developer directly as emails on this list are publicly searchable, so any conversations and attachments you send to this list will end up in search archives for years to come. -Tres
