Hi Scott, Just wanted to double check that you've gone through https://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/Scripting%20and%20Plugins#WhydoesntmyPerlpluginshowupinthePluginsdialog particularly the part about Perl being in your PATH env var - it could be that Windows has removed it from your PATH after the upgrade?
