*Reply to [email protected] or [email protected]* *Title: Business Process Modeler* *Location: Washington DC* *Length: 6 months*** Job Description: Interface with business client to understand and document business needs and requirements - Utilize existing business process maps, policies and procedures to create a first draft of the ‘as is’ maps - Attend technical business process mapping sessions to capture team output and use the appropriate software to modify the ‘as is’ maps and then create the ‘to be’ maps - Analyze the maps and suggest opportunities for improvements, streamlining and efficiencies gains - Collaborate with business units and performs analysis and mapping of existing processes - Develop and modify business processes (workflow) to address business requirements and business processes improvement initiatives - Identify process disconnects and being able to translate them into improvement opportunities with cost savings or avoidance, productivity improvements, or revenue generating business benefits - Identify and solve process challenges by simulating different scenarios and analyzing performance metrics - Consult with application delivery and application support to ensure viability of system solutions for process workflow and control - Participate in application design function as it relates to workflow configuration specs for the document management systems - Prepare and assist in conducting requirements gathering sessions with business client staff, creating processes maps and workflow - Create textual documentation of business processes and apply necessary updates whenever a change is made - Assist in the training of business staff for the use of business process management software - Ability to interview client staff and process owners to gather information about business processes in place - Document processes using process maps, process guides and other relevant documents - Communicate process information to relevant parties - Assist with identification target processes for process mapping and improvement - Review existing processes and identify possible process changes to maximize organizational effectiveness - Identify best practices/processes in use, and communicate these to other regions - Review varying processes in place for same business need, and develop improved process consolidating best practices of existing processes - Define conceptual and contextual levels of detail in the business process models - Review, validate and document AS project budgeting process - Capture business requirements - Develop users’ use cases - Work with data modeler and ETL project team members to relate business requirements, business processes and data issues - Document and validate current AS project level budgeting business process - Analysis of financial data issues raised by the users and auditors where expenditures and commitments do not match those in SAP *Skills:* - 4-6 years experience in conducting structured interviewing techniques and in eliciting key information with a view to gathering business requirements for IT systems development - 5-6 years experience in business process analysis, decomposition, mapping of complex enterprise processes, activities, and workflow analysis and automation - Strong expertise in business process improvement and re-engineering and identifying gaps between “as-is” and “to be” states - Experience in working with data and business process modeling tools - Experience with financial management application in advisory services for both private and government organization *Best Regards* * * * * ** *Satya Dowluri * *Sure IT Solutions Inc.* *1801 W Queen Creek RD, Suite # 3, Chandler, AZ 85248* *Tel: (602)-490-0074 Fax: (866) 322-0121* Email: [email protected] | [email protected] LinkedIn : http://www.linkedin.com/pub/satya-dowluri-lion/7/848/5a gTalk: [email protected] | YIM: satya.sureit <[email protected]> URL : http://www.sureitinc.com * * *We offer genuine opportunities and try our best to provide legitimate feedback in a timely manner.
