• Must be knowledgeable with the following:

TIBCO Administrator 5.x or higher EMS 4.3 or 4.4 BWWF 5.2 or (BWC) iProcess
Business Events (BAM solutions) Business Works (BW) Adapters (ADB and SAP)
RV RTView General Interface (GI) Scripted Deployments Past experience with
TIBCO in High Availability environment with clustering. UNIX Scripting and
Perl Experience TIBCO Hawk monitoring, HAWK Certification a plus.

• College degree.

• Minimum of six years of experience in IT.

• Minimum of three years of TIBCO Active Enterprise Administration.

• ERP SAP experience preferred.

• Experience implementing EAI tools and processes.

• Prior experience configuring TIBCO environments.

• Experience managing TICO domains and projects.

• Experience with programming and configuring BW, Adapters (ADB), and EMS.



Job Description:

Job Summary: Provides IT systems support that may include duties such as
installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting and repairing. Also
performs quality assurance processes to effectively manage system
availability and improve operations. Includes high-level support of
networks, such as administration, server builds and upgrades, domain
configuration, and performance and tuning. Also includes network
administration

Relationships: Partners with Technology and Application owners Partners with
BIS Technology and application leadership to improve system availability

General Deliverables: N/A Typical Accountabilities: Oversees team providing
Level 1, 2, and 3 support to end users Leads operational planning and
projects Manages the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development,
upgrade, and support of IT systems within system environments Works with
stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology
implementations Develops maintenance schedules for systems equipment
Practices asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment Conducts
system feasibility studies and testing Analyzes existing operations and make
recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT systems Conducts
research and remains current with the latest technologies and solutions in
support of procurement efforts Develops and implements all functional
policies and procedures Complies with IT controls (e.g. Business Continuity,
Disaster Recovery, SOX, Risk Management, CMMI, ITIL, etc.)

Required Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree required ITIL and/or CMMI
certification or experience preferred Strong technical knowledge of PC
operating systems Experience in leading process design within ITIL framework
desired Articulate and persuasive leader with strong oral and written
communication skills

Skill Level: Service Experience 5+ years CPG experience 3+ years required
Multi-Country desired 5+ years of project experience in the quality
assurance and testing phases or projects Deep knowledge of diverse systems
and platforms and exposure to new and emerging technologies Mission
Criticality Demonstrated experience working on mission critical customer
facing transaction systems Troubleshooting: Advanced demonstration of
diagnostic skills across a broad number of technologies and platforms
Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive
Sponsors to team members); Ability to communicate technical issues to
non-technical individuals Demonstrated ability to work with and coordinate
efforts amongst multiple outside third parties

 Job Description: The Systems Administration Specialist is responsible for
the installation, technical administration, tuning, and monitoring of the
EAI COE TIBCO environments for Project One and AOP projects.



• Primary responsibility is for the administration of the TIBCO software.

• They will also be responsible for working with the project team on
Environment Migration and supporting all development activities.

• All Systems Administration Specialists will cross train on all the ERP
platforms and closely associated applications (bolt-on applications).

• Responsible for the definition, planning and execution of all
infrastructure activities required to support the EAI COE environment.

• Heavy interfacing with other IT Infrastructure teams such as server and
database support.

• Indirect team leadership of internal and external resources.
