· Experience implementing Change Management methodologies to drive
sustainability of a process change
· 6+ years experience managing IT projects involving multiple
stakeholders
· Can work effectively with a cross-functional team
· Understanding of SDLC and role of Infrastructure monitoring in
successful and sustainable implementations
· Experience with asset performance management and driving adoption
/ implementation of performance engineering methodologies
*Responsibilities:*
* *The organizational change lead will work with the Process / Governance
Consultant, BRD SME, and the ESM Execution Teams to manage communication,
training, stakeholder engagement, and ownership of OLAs, SLAs, and KPIs as
needed to ensure the successful adoption of the new Enterprise Systems
Monitoring process by IT Business Management, IT Architecture, IT
Operations, and other stakeholders. *The organizational change lead* will
also work to ensure that stakeholder feedback is incorporated into future
process improvements. The SME should have extensive experience designing
and using BRD templates, and should be able to effectively communicate the
business value of thorough and effective requirements documentation
