Business Voice projects are owned by Product Engineering (PE). Using a hybrid agile and waterfall methodology, will be responsible for scope (backlog) timeline, delivery, business relationship management, production support, and all communication, including Executive level updates. Assist engineers in the configuration of the Business Voice edge phone service for customers. In addition to PM duties, planned the trial for users, managed user feedback, order velocity, troubleshoot user issues, vendor management. Customer Portal – portal used by customers to manage their Business Voice edge phones. Also used by employees to troubleshoot customer issues. Manage enhancements to the portal used by both employees and end users. Improve testing quality by enforcing test case reviews, performance testing, and logical metrics reporting. Develop a collaborative relationship with business owners. *Must have:* Strong *voice engineering* experience along with project management. Agile/Waterfall Top-notch customer and relationship management skills.
