Please screen candidates on all the MUST HAVE skill sets.* *Position/Role Title: SAP Test Lead* *– 3 mons+* *Location: Redmond, WA* *Responsibilities:* SAP Test Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating and facilitating testing activities in a multi system and team landscape • Closely work with various test teams to plan and manage environments, test data and test readiness. • Monitor functional, integration, system, regression test execution on daily basis across all test teams • Gather test status from various teams, create and publish test status reports to project management • Ensure test teams are adhering to defined bug logging process and ensure bug lifecycle is followed thru. • Able to Implement new processes and templates in support of the different types of testing and reporting • Collaborate with Development, Analyst and Business teams to triage bugs and follow up thru closure • Assist in the preparation of Test Plan and Test Approach documents • Create detailed test execution plan with schedule, assign testers and track the progress • Measure and monitor progress during each test to ensure that the application is tested, validated, and implemented to plan • Ensure that the team follows the testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology as specified in the testing approach • Support resources performing UAT Testing as required *Primary Skills/Must Have:* •Test "LEAD" experience, leading testing efforts across multiple teams • Experience with HP/ALM and VSTF test tool sets is preferred. • Experience with ECATTs preferred • Effective written and verbal communication is must • Experience with SAP FICO module is preferred.
