Apologies for the lack of recording from me: on Saturday; whilst shifting a pile of boxes looking for some eleven year old files, I put my back out and spent Sunday pretty much flat on my back, screaming quietly every now and then. Things have settled down a bit now, and I'm at the walking and wincing stage, but it'll be a while before I'm scrambling around again.
As soon as I get something worthwhile in the can, I'll post links. Regards, John On 2 Nov 2010, at 12:21, John Leonard wrote: > I'm much happier about taking it on more adventurous expeditions now.
