To use a particular soundcard I wanted to use Fons' ALIKI (and probably, later, JConv) on a Mac ... to implement Jörn's 'Digital Room Correction' techniques. Fons gave me some very useful comments, but the hole I am digging seems to be getting deeper, so before continuing: Has anyone else done this ? If not: 1) I have edited the Makefile (thanks Fons), and that seems to be without problems now. 2) convolve.cc produces errors, but studying convolv44.cc from Tetraproc gives some hints as to how to rewrite "posix_memalign" for a Mac. But I must admit to being a sorcerer's apprentice and just blindly copying. 3) Aliki wants ALSA, but (I have not got this far) I am taking it that the -J/-A switches are either/or. That is one could kill references to ALSA and just use Jack (unless ALSA is doing something beyond routing)?
