You are setting a hard goal for your self. You also need to have a look at at the speakers that you are using, not many speakers are able to recreate a waveform at a the listening position. It will definetely be a big challenge when using more than one speaker. But maybe this is the first point you will have to overlook, Ambisonics at least tries :-).
