It has nice features; notably it can work as a 4-channel USB sound module. Sadly, the remote control app is for iOS only (no Android version yet); I guess that a market study proved that the target audience is mostly using Apple products. Something odd; the orientation must be set in the menu, and the orientation sensors are just used to adjust the tilt of the microphone (like an integrated level). An orientation tracker, with automatic rotation of the soundfield would have been better (but maybe more expensive). The same tracker could have been used to rotate the soundfield while replaying the recording through the phone out, instead of changing the soundfield rotation in the menu (because small lcd menus are such a pain to use).
