hello again,
i thank ou all for the lexmark prognosis, but that incedent has led to
another, though more on the positive side.
i know that you can run cd roms in dos, in fact i have an interface,
presently disabled, for the perpose. my question is, does it matter what
type of hardware you use if it is going to be run under dos? my most recent
v of wordperfect 6.1 comes in a cdrom setting rather than disks, so i'd like
to install it if i can. knowing that most computer store people have no
idea what DOS stands for anymore, i wanted to pick my cd rom drive before
going shopping, ideas?
make your own kind of music!
