Probably yes. The earlier Windows version had the line "Content-Type: text/plain;" and 
then on next line the
charset. This made all messages sent from Outlook look bad in OS/2 or Mac, but when 
sent back it would look
OK in Windows, as it was plain Windowstext. This would create an impresson, that there 
was something wrong
with the non-M$-emailer. Outlook for Mac does not have this "feature".
