thanks for pointing me that way.  According to what i could find over at
TVDog's, the problem is that Tandy 1000s use IRQ 2 for a Hard Drive instead of
IRQ 5?  Anyone with experience in this?  i saw an article on how to modify the
IRQ on a Western Digital controller.  Any ideas on doing this with the Seagate
card?  (It hasn't any jumpers).
This and a ne wBIOs both appear to be necessary.
