I don't think that would hurt anyway. You might want to
get rid of the dust bunnies and push in the chips a bit
though.

Note that there's a big differnce between a 286 and a 386,
so don't wipe windows until you know for sure that your
version of OS2 can run on a 286. Actually, I don't know
why I said that. Everytime I get a new computer, I
automatically format the hard drive and start from there.
I find it's quicker that way.
  Anyways, it's a learning experience and I'm sure you'll
have a lot of fun. This is the best "computer game" there
is. <g>
